It would be best that you write directly to our contracts department on the email [email protected] , our fees are highly competitive.
In order to get an accurate figure on the bank charges , we always prefer information on the contract rate. That way we can cross check and provide the most favorable bank charges.
Yes we do and we can provide it to you upon request. This list is always susceptible to change since we are always cross-checking with suppliers which are the most favorable and which countries are added or removed from the list.
Same day payments for EUR, USD & GBP currencies, provided that funds are credited to our account within the bank working hours and SWIFT/SEPA cut off times.
For currencies which are AUD, JPY, SGD, NZD, HKD, TWD no same day transfers can be processed and next day transfers are processed.
In the case of Chinese Yuan (CNY) No “Same Day” & “Next Day” transfer can be processed . Transfers received until 12:30 will be processed in 2 working days & Transfers received after 12:30 will be processed in 3 working days
Our team aims to respond as soon as possible to queries and the maximum time it takes to respond is 1 working day. If we are waiting on feedback from our suppliers this could take a while longer but we will aim to get over information in the shortest possible time.
No hidden fees of Hecuba. The fees will always be transparent and provided via email to all sides. That way a record is kept on the cost simulation and what has been agreed. Transparency and full and accurate explanations make things much easier for all.
Initially this depends on the information provided and on our suppliers. Our fees on this remain the same like for pay & invoice so our cost simulation is provided straight away. However waiting for accurate information from suppliers is something we aim to achieve in the shortest possible time.
